We offer a 30-day, no quibble, money-back guarantee if you are not happy with your goods. Starting at the time goods are received, you can cancel the contract and return the goods, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging at your own expense, without having to give a reason for a full refund. We must be advised of your wish to return the goods beforehand by phone or email to our customer service department. 

Please contact us by email for the returns address. Due to the weight of the items, if you would like us to arrange a collection, please call for a quote.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount from any refund if the value of the goods has been diminished in any way.  If you exercise the right to withdrawal, you have the option of requesting a full refund or exchange of goods. If an exchange is requested, all shipping expenses shall be your responsibility.

If the right to withdrawal is exercised, you must return the goods within 30-days of receipt.  We will refund you, using the same payment method, within 14 days from the date the goods are received back.

If the goods are returned after the 30-day period there will be a 25% handling charge of the original sale price.
